1. Cockpit Simulation Rig
Custom built A380 Cockpit motion
rig designed & manufactured for TV/ Film industry. Hydraulically powered rig with 2 axis (pitch & roll)
motion simulation. Featured in plane hijack movie.
2. Silo Hydraulic Lifting Jib
Custom built hydraulic lifting jib for transport and installation of silo bins. This project required design development and manufacturing expertise from design to completion.
3. Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering steering hub casting using quicksurface reverse engineering software. The ultimate 3D scan to cad tool for designers and engineers. Learn more
4. Low Loader Design
Design of low loader trailer for construction market, using solidworks CAD software. Design for manufacture and assembly considered throughout the design and development stage.
5. 3D Printed Assembly Jigs
We have 3D printed and supplied over 5000 jigs and fixtures across a range of different industries to assist
with manual and automated assembly processes.
6. 3D Scanning Valve Cover

7. Prototype Development
We worked with Grays clip (now Viperclip) on the development of their prototype product which featured
and successfully grained investment on BBC's dragons.
